Vendor Form

We are looking to add reliable vendors that can perform grass cuts, lock changes, trash outs, bolt boarding, maid service, sales cleans and home repairs. Must have digital camera/smartphone to document before, during and after stages of work, laptop/pc, smartphone, tools, lawn equipment. Your smartphone is your camera. We use apps to eliminate excessive paperwork. Experience in our industry is recommended but not required. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean background (need to be able to pass a background check), small working capital, locks (deadbolt and knobs) on hand or the ability to order them at any time. You need to have the ability to submit photos/results on a daily basis which also includes on or before your due date.
